I did try the Pastel de nata, which was amazing of course! It is quite different from the Chinese macau version. It’s more of a gel texture compared to the creamy custard we’re used to. I’ll have to try making some sometime.

So does adding a third knot after you tie the knot help since it makes it stronger? Or is it weaker since it has an additional pivot point?

You got to try it for yourselves… Bangkok traffic is not that bad. You just park your car on the street for about 30 minutes before it move again (for another 100 meters) and then park your car again… That’s why we use Skytrain.
